I rented a movie from a store and it keeps freezing up when I try to
watch it and it has a smudge on the back of the disk and I don't want
the people at the store to think I damaged it because it already had
it when I got it...what should I do
and i've had it for a few days now and I know it was stupid for me to
not take it back immediately
